All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your items.

Returned items must be unaltered, in new condition, and must have the original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Exchanges:
We gladly offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. This is based upon availability of items.

4. Refunds:
Items returned for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
